Office Assistant

Are you a fast learner with bags of enthusiasm?

We are looking for a temporary Office Assistant to help the team during our super busy summer period. This is a totally hands-on role that's extremely varied: no two days will be the same. You'll need to be a confident, fast learner who is able to multi-task.

Job Purpose
To support the team, our clients and our guests to ensure the business runs smoothly.

Main Responsibilities
To support the Operations Manager with
- scheduling and planning operational activities
- organising property maintenance as required
- any other business activities
To assist with on-boarding new clients e.g. writing listings
To work with the Guest Support team on guest communications
To report and action any guest issues
To work closely with everyone in the business to ensure our clients and guests have remarkable experiences and our business continues to succeed and grow.

Person Specification
You will absolutely need to have:

  • Bags of enthusiasm
  • A 'can-do' attitude
  • Plenty of confidence & good communication skills

You will be:
- A self starter is who driven and flexible
- Highly organised, able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Flexible - some weekend and evening work is required.

Location: Based in our Brighton offices
Hours: Full time for 6-8 weeks, immediate start
Salary: £8.50 per hour

Client Success Manager
(part time: 4 days per week, flexible hours)

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sales / Business Development professional to drive client success who loves property and hospitality to join our team. You'll be an ambitious and energetic team player able to win new clients and retain existing ones. This is a part time role of 4 days per week with flexible hours available.

Job Purpose
To successfully manage and grow a diverse client portfolio.

Main Responsibilities
To generate and convert new business leads and drive growth
To efficiently on-board new clients
To manage new and existing client relationships to ensure their continued success
To actively increase income and occupancy by:
- managing pricing
- managing listing quality & optimisation
- driving Airbnb Superhost and Host Plus
- managing client and guest feedback and actioning accordingly
- working closely with the Guest Support team to increase number and value of bookings
To support and develop marketing and event activities.

Person Specification
You will absolutely need to have:

  • 3-4 years of sales or business development experience
  • An ability to meet and exceed sales & income targets
  • Some knowledge of Airbnb / property

You will be:
- A self starter is who driven and flexible
- Analytical with strong attention to detail
- Highly organised, able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Customer service-oriented with an ability to drive client value and satisfaction

Location: Based in our Brighton offices
Hours: Part time, 4 days per week with flexible hours
Salary: £24-£29,000 basic (pro rata) + bonus depending on experience
Start date: ASAP
