Airhost For You are a successful Brighton business based in the vibrant North Laine. Our small team manage a portfolio of around 100 beautiful short term rental properties across the city. In 2020, we successfully launched our Award-winning interior design company, Savill Royals, and we are launching our events and activities company in December 2021. There are more exciting things on the way too.

2 x Account Managers (full time)

As we are growing and expanding our portfolio of clients and the services we offer them, we are looking for the very best talent to come and join in our success. The Account Manager is responsible for:
- developing excellent client and guest relationships
- delivering the highest levels of service and satisfaction to our clients
- providing an exceptional guest experience
- driving income and occupancy across your client portfolio of properties.

This includes:

- managing guest bookings and enquiries for your client portfolio
- increasing the number and value of bookings
- scheduling and managing our extended team of housekeepers/cleaners, property managers and trades people
- managing client communications and expectations
- securing the very best reviews, testimonials and feedback.

This is a responsible, fast paced role where no two days are the same. You will need to be able to think on your feet, communicate effectively and take appropriate action.

You will need:
- at least 3 years of client relationship management / high end client service / high net worth experience
- a good understanding of sales process and impact on business financials
- evidence of excellent communication and negotiation skills
- effective time and people management skills.

The ideal candidates will also have:
- an understanding and interest in the UK property market
- a committed and flexible approach to work.

Role: full time, employed role with training provided.
Start: immediate
Hours: Monday to Friday 10am-6pm or midday-8pm (on a rotation basis), plus one weekend per month
Salary band: £26,000-£32,000 plus performance bonus
